Unfortunately, our kitchen cannot support the bandwidth of making huge batches of pastries and cakes and doing advance orders at this time. You'll have to stop in our store to pick up the pastry you would like.

We recommend refrigerating everything as soon as possible, but each pastry and cake has about an hour before you desperately need to refrigerate it.
We make all of our pastries fresh every single day, so our kitchen brings them out as soon as they finish their batch. The best time to come in for our full variety is between 11-3.
It depends on what kind of nut allergy you have.
All of our small pastries are made with almond flour, and we have some options that have nuts such as our mont blanc and almond croissant.
